영국의 얼터너티브 락 밴드인 라디오헤드(Radiohead)의 Creep이 다시한번 소환되었습니다. MBC 복면가왕에서 "달려라 지구촌"과"번개맨"의 듀엣곡으로 복면가왕 사상 첫번째 외국곡이 공연되었는데요...

달려라 지구촌은 부활의 10대보컬 김동명으로 밝혀졌고 번개맨은 온라인 매체등에서 득달같이 기사화 해 기정사실화 되어서 밝혀졌습니다. 누구인지는 인터넷으로 5초면 검색가능하리라 생각되구요..

 

어쨌든 이 두 남성보컬이 영국 밴드 라디오헤드의 Creep을 멋지게 소화해 내서 Creep이 재조명 받고있습니다.

 

Creep은 라디오헤드의 첫번째 데뷔싱글(1992)이었는데요. 첫번째 발매때에는 별 주목을 받지못하다가 그들의 첫번째 앨범인 Pablo Honey(1993)에 수록된 이후에 차트에 오르면 빅 히트를 친 곡입니다.

 

Nirvana의 열풍이 너무나 심했던 90년대 초반이라 조금 덜 주목받기는 했지만 Radiohead하면 바로 떠올리는 노래 Creep 입니다.
