국내에 많은 팬을 가지고있는 마룬5(Maroon5)가 새로운 앨범을 내놓았죠. Overexposed. 전세계의 팬들도 기다렸겠지만 특히 우리나라 팬들이 더욱 기다렸을 앨범.
이 노래들을 라이브로 서울에서 직접 들을 수 있기 때문이죠. 바로 9월 15일 내한공연이 잡혀있습니다.
잠실운동장에서 마룬5의 노래들과 함께 이번 앨범 수록곡들을 감상하실 수 있겠죠. 벌써부터 기다려지는 건 저뿐만이 아닐터.
이제 새 앨범으로 다시 돌아가면...
이번 마룬5의 새앨범표지를 보시면 범상치않다고 느끼실 텐데요...이 앨범은 니콜라스 밴 호프위겐(Nicholas Van Hofwegen)이라는 작가가 디자인했다고 하네요.
그림들이 아주 독특하죠..특히 이 작가는 Foster The People의 Torches 앨범디자인도 맡은 적이 있다고 합니다. 잘은 모르겠지만 그리 유명한 작가같지는 않은데..음악쪽이랑 더 잘 맞는 작가일지도 모르겠네요.
그나저나 이런 느낌의 그림이라면 우리나라 웹툰작가들도 가능할 듯 싶은데요? 실력좋은 만화가가 얼마나 많은데요~ 만화가들이 또 음악에 많은 관심과 조예가 깊은 분들 많습니다.
음악과 미술의 만남으로...융합기술이 유행인 요즘 트렌드하고도 맞네요..
